About the Role

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing HR support, handling employee inquiries, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR-related questions.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and facilitating new hire orientations.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems and databases.
Support HR initiatives and programs, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training sessions.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Help organize and coordinate employee events, meetings, and training sessions.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Previous experience (5+ years) in an HR support role or relevant administrative experience.

    • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • A proactive and customer-focused approach to addressing employee needs and inquiries.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HR certification such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional).

    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
